With only 15 seconds left in the fourth quarter of Clemson’s game against Miami, Jad Dean made a tying field goal from 27-yards out to send the game into overtime.  Dean had a total of 12 points in the game including three field goal attempts at 35, 27, and 40 and three extra points.  Dean’s 12th straight field goal from 35 yards in the second quarter put Clemson up 10-3.  His 40-yard field goal was made in the second overtime of the game.  Dean currently has a 90 field goal percentage for the year.

Brandon Coutu kicked a 58-yard field goal in Georgia’s win over Louisiana Monroe, tying the record for the third-longest in school history.  Coutu scored a total of 14 points in the game with two additional field goals, both 40-yarders, and five extra points.  Coutu currently has a 85.7 field goal percentage for the year.
