• On back of card, immediately
following the account number in
the signature panel

American Express

• 4 digits in length
• On face of card, above and to
the right of the card number

American Express Optima

• 4 digits in length
• On face of card, above and to the
left of the card number

American Express Blue

• 4 digits in length
• On face of card, above and to
the right of the card number
